Jim is an incredible guy and former police officer. He facilitated my visits with my son and made them as comfortable as could be given the circumstances. He’s active and positive and kind and upbeat. I consider Jim a friend. His temperament in tough situations was always greatly appreciated by me after going through a contentious custody/divorce. My son also really liked him. He was always on time. He stayed actively involved as my son and I played in the woods at parks etc. Jim has great energy! Thank you “Mr. Jim” as my son would say.
