Jim Ondrish (Private Investigator and Lead Visitation Supervisor)
After retiring from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office after 34 plus years where Jim Ondrish supervised in (6) different divisions (Office of Professional Responsibility, Criminal Investigations, Executive Services, Judicial Services, Patrol, and Corrections), he started Investigation Services of Frederick LLC
Compassionate to the needs of children, Jim Ondrish has worked for nearly 40 years helping parent and child(ren) relationships from everyday interactions to the most dramatic of times. He continues to educate himself in ways to help bridge the gap between these relationships which are often severed by abuse, addictions, loss and abandonment. Jim understands, in many case for the best interest of the child(ren), the importance of re-establishing a healthy parent/child(ren) relationship.
Anna Ondrish (Private Investigator and Visitation Supervisor)
Anna is seen as a strong community contributor by her many volunteer engagements throughout the years both in Montgomery County and Frederick County. As a single mother for many years she understands the difficulty with work life balance and maintaining a good mother child relationship.
Within the community Anna is seen as a compassionate mentor to young women battling many life challenges. She’s also instrumental in teaching English to non native speakers, working with the Germantown Fire Department on many administrative initiatives, leading adults towards advancement in Public Speaking, and mentoring women of all ages with a variety of challenges.
Jose Gomez (Visitation Supervisor)
Bilingual staff can be a company’s greatest asset, especially for organizations working in and near an area where the population is becoming more diverse everyday like ours.
With this in mind, Investigation Services of Frederick LLC is proud to announce our newest Visitation Supervisor, Jose Gomez. He is a native Spanish speaker as well as fluent in English. Jose has completed the National Supervised Visitation Monitor training with Family & Children’s Counseling Services Inc.. As a loving father of two children, Jose’ strong yet meek disposition makes him a great fit, having great qualities. His compassion to have a healthy parent/child(ren) relationship is a priority in his own life and he works hard towards helping foster the same in others. We are so glad Jose has agreed to join us here at ISF.
